Comida màs famosa en el mundo.

La más famosa, la más consumida, la que a todo mundo gusta, la que acompaña a otros platillos y en todas las casas y restaurantes de todos los países del mundo se sirve, sin duda alguna es: EL ARROZ. El arroz es el cultivo de alimento básico más importante en el mundo. Más de cuatro quintos del arroz mundial se producen y consumen por pequeños agricultores de los países de bajos ingresos y en vías de desarrollo. Más de la mitad de la población mundial depende del arroz como principal fuente diaria de calorías y proteínas. Cada una de estas personas consume entre 100 a los 240 kilos de arroz por año, según la FAO.
